Zang Zhiyi, Ph.D., has extensive experience in cost control for large-scale cultural tourism projects. He led the full-process cost control for the Ningbo International Cultural Tourism City Complex Project (100 hectares), developing three tiers of cost plans—low-cost, medium-cost, and high-quality—thereby providing the owner with flexible investment decision-making basis. He has also led the design-to-cost and economic comparison and selection of equipment for theme park and amusement complex projects, as well as hotel cost optimization for five-star and four-star hotel cluster projects.
