Schematic Design of the Shandong Weihai Waterfront Cultural and Business Complex Project, China

Located in a waterfront livable area, the project is a mixed-use urban landmark integrating culture, business, and leisure. With the core design concept of "ecological integration and functional symbiosis," the project creates multi-level waterfront public spaces. On the left, a uniquely shaped cultural architecture cluster includes a civic art center and public cultural service venues, providing high-quality cultural and recreational spaces for the region. On the right and in the center, diverse business formats such as high-end business offices and industrial service centers are gathered, where streamlined towers and green ecological building groups complement each other. The total construction area is 310,000 square meters.
